Shannon Potenzo, Founder
Travel has been my passion since I was 21 years old, when I first set off to explore Mexico. Since then, I’ve had the joy of experiencing cultures and adventures all over the world—from multiple trips to China and Germany, to the beauty of Costa Rica, the history of London, and so many more destinations. Out of everywhere I’ve been, Saint Lucia holds a special place in my heart because of its warm people, delicious food, and breathtaking ambiance.
At Go Far VIP Travel, I specialize in honeymoons, destination weddings, group travel, and unforgettable European getaways. I opened this agency to share both my love of travel and my meticulous, detail-oriented planning style—what I like to call my “OCD planning abilities.” My mission is simple: to take the stress out of travel planning so you can focus on creating lifelong memories with the people you love.

Hello, I am Stacy DiCanio, a travel enthusiast who joined Go Far VIP Travel as I was drawn to Shannon's exceptional dedication and service as my own advisor! So happy to be able to fulfill my dream of planning memories for others down to the last detail! My family and I are avid Royal Caribbean and Grand Cayman fans but enjoy unique destinations throughout our own country as well!

Hi there! I'm a wife of 30 years and proud mom to a 22-year-old who works at Walt Disney World—so yes, you could say Disney runs in our family! We've traveled to Disney more times than I can count, and over the years, I've become the go-to "Disney Guru" for friends and family. I love answering questions, helping people plan, and keeping them on track so they can just relax and enjoy the magic.
But my love for travel doesn’t stop with Disney. I’m also a big fan of cruises, all-inclusive resorts, and soaking in the beauty of the mountains out west—and I can’t wait to explore Europe next! I've been lucky to visit so many incredible places, and I’m always looking forward to the next adventure.

I grew up in Nebraska, where most of my family still lives, and I’m thrilled to be able to help them—and others—make their travel dreams a reality. Today, I live in Bartlett, Illinois, where my husband and I are raising my amazing 9-year-old son. Being a mom has taught me the value of planning experiences that are not only memorable but also stress-free, especially when traveling with kids and I equally understand the importance of getting away to reconnect with my spouse.
Although my own bucket list is still long, I’ve started checking off destinations one by one, and each trip inspires me to see and learn more. Whether it’s a family getaway, a bucket-list adventure, or a simple escape from the everyday, I’m passionate about helping my clients design travel experiences that truly fit their lives and dreams.
